The superjl Platform is intended for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. superjl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under guardianship, or who are legally prohibited from engaging in gaming activities, are not eligible to use the Platform.
Each individual person may maintain only one (1) registered account on superjl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. superjl employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon confirmation of a duplicate account, superjl will suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and registered Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
superjl is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders. Verification documents may include a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your superjl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. superjl will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify superjl support immediately.
superjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
All transactions on the superjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). superjl does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred through third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your superjl account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes to four (4) hours under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak hours (6 PM to 2 AM Philippine Standard Time) or during scheduled maintenance windows. superjl does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal amounts, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by superjl are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period; unused bonus balances will expire automatically.
superjl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has exploited a promotion in bad faith, registered multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or engaged in any pattern of play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
The welcome bonus available to new superjl registrants may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. superjl retains the right to verify eligibility before crediting any welcome offer.

All content on the superjl Platform — including but not limited to the superjl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, video streams, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of superjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any superjl content without prior written authorization.
superjl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the superjl Privacy Policy.
superjl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, with payment processors necessary for transaction processing, and with fraud prevention services engaged by superjl for player protection purposes.

superjl's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. superjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or security breach, though we take all reasonable technical steps to maintain platform reliability and security.
superjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the superjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
